Entech Reaches For Next Level With Dedicated Strategy Manager

The strategy manager can act as an advocate for the client within Entech. For example, Cebull recently worked with a client that had implemented software but the strategy manager found some discrepancies with the implementation.
After solving the problem, the Strategy Manager went through and documented the history, emails, invoices and lost client time due to the problematic implementation, which ended up with a client credit of more than $10,000 just through thoroughly understanding the problem.
"The point is that we also take that one step further. We take strategy as a company and show it's something that's important to us and our clients," Cebull said.
Some MSPs might have similar positions, but the strategy manager reports directly to the COO or operations manager. Cebull says this arrangement helps build sales volume and long-term relationships.
"It's just like anything else, when you do business, it comes back around to you. The other stuff will come when you're proactively managing the relationship and the needs of the account," Cebull said. "At the end of the day, that's the best possible thing we can have to look back in ten years and say this has been our client for ten years, rather than just chasing a buck."
