My biggest challenge is, especially in the restaurant industry, most of the people there are in a restaurant-focused business, they're not in an IT-focused business. The challenge is the technology people don't know the technology and what's available to them to be more productive. I have to get out there and sell it to them and say this is what you can do. And they're like oh, really? We can do that? When can we have it? It's both [a technology and business problem]. It's having the technology to solve a business problem, when the business doesn't even know that it's available, so they've been doing things the old and long way forever.
