Where do you want to take the company over the next year or two?

For us, evolving or transforming from the VAR world … and embracing what's going on with the whole hybrid cloud environment. Our number one priority will really be around hybrid cloud solutions. That, in itself, is a lot of work and a lot of effort to be able to articulate for customers the right solution.

Around hybrid cloud, our focus is going to be around relevance: What's going to make us relevant to our customers, number one; number two, to our OEMs and number three, to our employees.

Along with that, another focus area is around security. Our security practice has seen outstanding growth here in the last two years. … Again, when we think about relevance, and whether it's an on-prem, off-prem, hybrid, public or private cloud solution, security is always one of the key considerations. We've [also] been focused on wireless networking and we're going to continue to focus on networking because again, that'll continue to drive relevance.

Finally, adding more focus around our cloud-managed services.
