You made a couple of big investments in the UK within the last year.  What drove that?

The industry in general is becoming more regulated, which as a technology provider you actually love hearing that because everybody has to comply with [the regulations] through technology. The reason that we went into London is … it’s the second biggest market [that Abacus] serves (behind New York).

All of these guys have offices in New York and London, so if we really wanted to play in that larger market segment, we had to have a presence in London.
