Sixty years seems like an eternity in the world of providing office technology. What has helped your company evolve over that time?
First of all, we've had a good succession plan. We're working on the third generation. If you don’t have succession planning, you don’t have somebody to turn [over] the business to.
The other thing is very simple: We've stayed abreast of the market; we've stayed on top of the technology changes, and that obviously has helped us stick around for 60 years. If we were to [have sold only] typewriters or fax machines, we probably wouldn't be here today.
