A Time To Chill Out – And Maybe Do A Little Work

Look around the office and chances are that someone is on vacation this week. After all, it's summer, and those things kind of happen.

But when someone takes a vacation, have they fully checked out? Apparently, most don't, according to the results of two recent surveys – one of IT professionals by IT staffing and services provider TEKsystems and the other, by global business advisory firm Korn Ferry, of professionals in a range of industries.

"People live to work rather than work to live," Jason Heyman, research analyst for TEKsystems, told ITBestOfBreed.
