The San Jose, Calif.-based UC as-a-Service specialist is set to unveil a new cloud contact center offering for workplace teams at the conference. In addition, the company recently revealed what it touts as the world's first offering that combines unified communications, team collaboration interoperability, contact center and real-time analytics in an open platform, dubbed Communications Cloud.
