Data management company CFB Strategies built the fundraising and grassroots infrastructure for the presidential campaign of U.S. Senator Ted Cruz, helping the Texas Republican raise $92 million and sign up 317,000 volunteers.
The Hastings on Hudson, N.Y.-based company received $377,750 from the Cruz campaign between April 2015 and April 2016, according to reports filed with the U.S. Federal Election Commission (FEC).
Although Cruz lost the GOP nomination to businessman and television personality Donald Trump, he raised more money than Trump or any other Republican candidate.
"From a grassroots and fundraising perspective, we hit it out of the park," CFB Strategies President Trace Anderson told IT Best of Breed. “Everyone worked very hard to cultivate their grassroots and fundraising network.”
