Wireless Charging

Intel wants to eliminate the tangle of wires and cables in businesses as part of its vision of a more mobile-friendly work environment. At Intel Solutions Summit, Intel showed off a technology that accelerates its vision of workplace transformation: wireless charging.

On the show floor, Intel displayed an example of its 5W wireless charging base (pictured) on a Mini-ITX-based All In One PC. Partners promote wireless charging capabilities for customers to eliminate the need for charging cables, so that users need only to place their devices on the charging pad base of the desktop.
