The wait is over. Welcome to the new PartnerWorld program—redesigned and reinvigorated to make it easier than ever for IBM Business Partners to build expertise, deliver client value and be rewarded for their achievements. And congratulations to our new Platinum Business Partners, who are leading the way in achieving new Competencies and delivering impressive results.
What’s new?
PartnerWorld is designed to help you respond more readily to changing customer needs, better differentiate yourself in your field and enable you to join IBM as we continue the journey into the Cognitive Era.
The program:
- Rewards capability-based Competencies in products, solutions and industries. Business Partners will be recognized and rewarded as they gain skills and expertise, especially with innovative cognitive solutions that are built and delivered in the cloud.
- Introduces a new program level and increases program-level differentiation, with rich new benefits for moving up through the Registered, Silver, Gold and—the newly introduced—Platinum level.
- Offers a redesigned benefits portfolio that helps Business Partners deepen their investment in the IBM portfolio, accelerate time to revenue and increase client satisfaction.

Congratulations to our inaugural Platinum Business Partners
The new Platinum level recognizes Business Partners who are excelling in their field. Organizations achieve the Platinum level by earning at least two Competencies (one at the Expert level), attaining significant sales success, demonstrating client satisfaction and verifying two client references. We’ve already promoted several organizations to the Platinum level for meeting these qualifications.
