IBM Auto-Scaling for Bluemix Add-on provides policy-based automatic increases or decreases of the compute capacity of a developed application. Users can automatically add or remove resources to match the current workload using Dynamic Scaling. Users can query the scaling actives based on status, time and type through Scaling History. Additionally, users can visualize the current and historical values of performance metrics through Metric Statistics.
