Another area where Cloud Posers often overpromise is with security, Stewart said. Instead of promising that there will be no security issues at all, Stewart said that an experienced cloud VAR will educate their clients on what measures they are taking to prevent breaches. "I believe that an educated consumer is the best customer for someone who is doing it right. As long as it can be a long enough conversation to educate the customer, they’ll understand that that’s what I need to look for. There can't really be 100 percent security because I can't predict what's going to happen in the future," Stewart said.
