Broadvoice Appoints New Channel Manager

VoIP provider Broadvoice added to its channel ranks with the hiring of Ryan Ficken as channel manager of the two-year-old partner program.

As channel manager, Ficken will support Broadvoice's growing channel partner program and work alongside partners as a dedicated resource for technology selection and solution design, according to the Los Angeles-based provider.

Ficken comes to Broadvoice with 18 years of sales and marketing experience. Most recently, the executive held sales management positions at Ottawa University, xPlore Lawrence, and ValuNet Fiber, an Emporia, Kan.-based telecommunications provider.
