"More than I'd like, I see some [master agents] being a little overzealous and enthusiastic in making claims with what they can deliver," he said.
A lot of these exaggerated promises are being driven by market competition right now, especially as companies in the IT and telecom industries continue to merge and master agents try to catch up with those changes, Schuman explained.
