Autotask released a combined RMM and PSA platform earlier this year. The vendor calls the RMM side its Autotask Endpoint Management which, it said, provides "RMM without limits." It provides policy-based management and support that’s easier to configure, scale and deploy; a remote-control experience that it says connects quickly and easily; and then the unified experience with its PSA offering for a streamlined workflow and real-time asset data syncing that speeds service and billing.
