LabTech 11 – now known as ConnectWise Automate – includes a redesigned user interface for the computer screen, a reinvented patch manager and several behind-the-scenes processing improvements. The UI and patch manager include wizard-driven setup and updated screens, at-a-glance metrics, and configurable tile navigation, all of which ConnectWise says makes its product, released in June, faster and easier to use. The patch manager upgrade allows users to thoroughly test patches in stages before they're deployed to critical production environments.
