A job interview question may yield many answers to questions about skills and how people do their work, but Yax likes to find out the "how" behind an answer to a question that essentially asks, "What did you do? Why did you do it that way?" The answer can determine how a job candidate processes information and thinks.
Yax also wants to know how candidates react in stressful situations.
