How Schuman Sees Cloud 411 Evolving
To avoid overcrowding the site, PlanetOne hasn't accepted every piece of contributed material from its vendor and supplier partners. The master agent has chosen only the most relevant information so partners have what they need to act as subject-matter experts and can reach more customers, regardless of size, Schuman said.
Moving forward, PlanetOne is dedicating internal resources to ensure Cloud 411 is updated regularly, he said.
"It's like an oil canvas; it will change daily," Schuman said. "The most annoying thing to partners is when the information [they are looking for] is out of date."
PlanetOne will also host its official Cloud 411 kickoff next month in Newport Beach, Calif., so solution provider partners can learn more about the offering.
