How critical was this for an organization like Garrett being in what's largely a rural area, more than 100 miles from Pittsburgh, from DC? And what are the biggest pain points that you tackled?
GUENTHER: The client really needed the ability to collaborate with specialty care partners like WVU Medicine for critical specialty care and stroke care and things of that nature. They didn’t have the ability to do all of these things in the same manner before, so a lot of the traditional specialized medicine was [conducted by way of] phone calls and emails and that type of collaboration, as opposed to what was able to happen with telemedicine. … If a patient presents to Garrett and a specialty care physician is needed from WVU, they can utilize that technology to collaborate as clinicians and to also have a look firsthand at the patient.
