WILES (pictured): We spend huge amounts of money on security. We even have a department of probably 10 people [in which] that is their entire focus. Two people are monitoring our attacks every day, full time.

The owners realize that if they have a breach, they flush [a] million dollars down the tube and they'd be out of business.

LANG: It's game over, yeah.

WILES: We get audited, probably 50-something different [times] a year, not only from clients but [for] regulatory [purposes] … Some of our data providers have audits we have to go through, and we carry PCI and certifications [regarding] credit card data, so it’s a big thing to us. I literally get emails daily from the team, saying, "We need to patch this, take this computer off the network because somebody clicked on something they shouldn’t have." Some of those are automated, some of those are directly from the individual security staff.
