TOPIC: Outlook For Future Skills Needs

BALTZELL (pictured): I will need development help at some point for APIs between systems and things of that nature, but not for writing apps. We might dream up a mobile app but it doesn’t serve any business purpose; it's more of a "we got one, too." So, development skills will be there. We basically need systems that talk to each other.
