Genesys Telecommunications will introduce and demonstrate a new combined platform portfolio of cloud and on-premise offerings for powering omnichannel customer experiences through its PureCloud, PureConnect and PureEngage products.

In December, the Daly City, Calif.-based vendor acquired contact center rival Interactive Intelligence. Genesys also acquired privately held Silver Lining Solutions in February, which provides employee performance optimization software.
