Tigerpaw PSA offers a 360-degree view of all services an MSP provides. Links up to accounting so that billings can automatically go into accounts receivable and dropped into the general ledger. The product combines contact management, sales, service, asset, and inventory management, and has built-in quoting software so you can relay customized, detailed quotes and proposals into the hands of prospective customers.

The company, based in Bellevue, Neb., released Version 16.1 of its PSA software last fall. In a statement, Tigerpaw said the new version enhances project management capabilities and features to merge quotes and consolidate billing from multiple meters.
