PYLE: The other thing is if you get into the smaller customers (those with up to 50 end users) ... if the average [per month cost of a] seat of Office 365 [is] $10, according to the study, they're spending $9 a month to support it, which, truthfully they could come to somebody like Message Ops.

There are many channel partners out there, and we could manage it for $4. so maybe there's an opportunity to look at it and say, "I'm spending … $10 on the whole suite, but I'm spending $9 to support it." The reality is [that] maybe it's better to work with your [cloud service provider] partner and have them charge an extra $2 or $4 … to actually manage it for you.
