Getting SaaS-ier

Eighty-one percent of respondents said their organizations plan to invest "moderately to heavily" in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) over the next two years, Peak 10 found. The leading applications moving to SaaS are customer relationship management (cited by 55 percent of organizations); email (49 percent) and website hosting (47 percent).
