Male Counterpart Advantage  

When asked if they believe their male counterparts have a better opportunity for advancement inside their organizations, about 50.9 percent said yes and 49 percent said no.

One respondent commented that there is a sense that males do not have to prove themselves as much as a female counterpart in order to receive promotions in the workplace.
