HyperFlex Helps Cisco Dominate

Shipping 1,533 systems through the channel during the first quarter was enough to put Cisco firmly in the No. 1 spot in NPD's ranking. That total represents a more than 64 percent increase from the same period a year ago, and gives the San Jose, Calif.-based networking giant a 37 percent unit share for the quarter. Cisco maintained its lead with strong shipment totals among its HyperFlex line of hyper-converged systems, according to NPD.
