We also made a significant investment in having people … who are just not your conventional engineers. We hired some extremely talented folks around the practice areas [such as collaboration,] security, enterprise networking, data center and cloud.

We're also expanding out all of our managed [services] and managed security services. I think this calendar year [we'll probably see] a bigger jump.

We've got some very significant talent around security. We have folks who focus on the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) angle. That lends itself [to providing] a little more weight with our customers as opposed to trying to put architectures in place without understanding controls, without understanding risk, without understanding the governance that kind of surrounds it. We lead with more of a consultative approach.
