The Forrester assessment evaluated AT&T, CSC, Century Link, Dell SecureWorks, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Leidos, SilverSky (acquired by BAE Systems), Solutionary (NTT Com), Symantec, Trustwave, Verizon, and Wipro. Forrester noted that all MSSPs provide device management and continuous threat and breach monitoring. Device, endpoint and server management activities are being commoditized outsourced to India and Eastern Europe, Forrester said. The leading MSSPs are adding  services that require a deeper engagement with clients, such as data loss prevention, insider threat detection, incident response and threat intelligence services.
