For security -- and often financially-conscious -- verticals like health care and education, how are perspectives on cloud services changing today?

We are seeing all across the U.S. that, within some industries -- especially in K-12 and certainly in health care – budgets are really stressed. IT professionals are getting lost and are not being replaced in a lot of cases, so the support they are looking for is growing, the demand for managed services and cloud-based services is large. 

I see the holistic need for cloud as the customer is feeling more and more stressed. Customers are becoming much more comfortable with virtualized type of offerings and cloud-based offerings, which is a good sign for us because that’s what we can offer. The need is there for cloud today in these industries.
