How do the needs of your health care and education customers differ in regard to what they need from cloud services?

A lot of our customer base is very rural, so the needs of the rural community are not necessarily different than [those of] more urban customers, but they have different constraints. They have a very limited amount of bandwidth that services them, or it's often very expensive, so sometimes it's hard for them to take the step to IaaS and other cloud solutions services because they are restricted. Having a hybrid solution is a great entry point for these customers with local backup requirements and cloud needs. They are able to take advantage [of the cloud] and not be confined by bandwidth.
