What we found this year … which actually really excited us, was that, one, we're starting to see the effect of digital transformation, especially in some markets like the Americas, where the actual rate of equipment being changed or transformed was actually going up, which resulted in the fact that we started seeing more security incidents.

And then we also saw that, as some of these devices started to become refreshed, the devices are less secure not because of the age and some of the newness [but] because they weren't being patched as they were brought into the network. They weren't following best practices.
