So there's an opportunity here for service providers to come in and help these organizations?

Service providers and integrators. I think part of the impetus for service providers is [that] they know that clients are building their own hybrid IT and their own hybrid cloud networks. In some cases, they recognize that they don’t need a hybrid WAN strategy by a service provider, so service providers are being relegated [to such tasks as installing] circuits … And then I think clients are just waiting for some of those large contracts to expire with those service providers so they can renegotiate, and we're seeing a lot of them go to multi-aggregation or multi-carrier strategies where they might still maintain some MPLS with a carrier, but then they'd have multiple direct Internet-type of access. That's something that were seeing heavily now in terms of routing and refresh.
