How important is it for partners to work with a cloud UC provider that is channel-friendly?

Oh believe me, it's very important. That was my biggest complaint about the last vendor I worked with – they offered no marketing support for the channel. I like the 3CX product and I like the way they handle channel partners. I'm a bit old fashioned and I won't sell something that I can't look someone in the face and undeniably say it will work. I can do that with 3CX.
