Tell a little bit about the growth that BizPhones4u has experienced thanks to cloud-based sales.
In the last nine months, we've tripled our growth based on the additional features that we couple with the 3CX product. It’s helping us win the sale, and my goal is to triple that number again over the next 18 months.
I see the 3CX cloud-based solution as being the transport for this to happen. It’s a good product and that pretty much sells itself … and is easy to train the client on. The only time a customer calls me is when they want to add a new employee, so it's not a maintenance-intensive solution like some of the other solutions out there. It’s allowed me to grow the business at a very healthy rate, without me having to increase my headcount.
