Encrypt documents and set access privileges

Sharing electronic documents is necessary in many business workflows. However, once you share a document, you can’t control what the recipients will do with it—unless you implement document security. Look for document security solutions that enable you to protect documents automatically without requiring users to turn on security features; allow protected documents to be used on Windows PCs, Macs, iOS and Android devices; offer a full audit trail, so you can monitor and analyze all document access operations; let you revoke user privileges at a later date.
