One significant finding of the report noted that business felt that collaboration tools weren't helping them be more competitive. Can partners help their clients use collaboration to improve competitive advantage?

The benefits of collaboration (are) being seen. Respondents [cited] improved productivity from 86 percent of all organizations, 88 percent saw accelerated decision making, but [20 percent of organizations said] their use of collaboration technology has failed to improve their competitive positioning … and I think that’s really interesting.

The reason for this is because collaboration isn't tightly integrated into business processes … There's absolutely room for [partners] to help here.
