The collaboration space has been faced with adoption challenges. How can partners help encourage adoption?

We've seen adoption problems especially in the [unified communications] space, where multiple tools were being procured and adoption is very low. The survey asked respondents, "What does it take to drive collaboration success and adoption, and the top [answer] we saw was "Helping organizations create a corporate culture that values collaboration." About 96 percent said that’s most important. Without a doubt, training and awareness around the tools (are) crucial.
