While just about every business is running some application on some form of cloud, and adoption is accelerating, there's still plenty of ground to conquer.

Nearly 70 percent of enterprise respondents told RightScale that only 20 percent of their applications are run in cloud environments.

There's plenty of low-hanging fruit to boost that number quickly—55 percent of respondents report that at least 20 percent of their applications are built on cloud-friendly architectures and can easily be migrated.
