Demand For Mobility

Both Ingram Micro CEO Alain Monie and ScanSource CEO Mike Baur said they are predicting enterprise mobility to be a major growth technology in 2015. Especially with the addition of Verizon for distribution and supply chain services in 2014, Ingram Micro is already seeing strong mobility growth globally, Monie said. In particular, Monie highlighted a major international opportunity for mobility expansion, particularly in Latin America and Asia.
"The channel business is increasing as a proportion in different regions, and we're participating in that growth," Monie said.
