All of the major solution providers, including CDW, Insight and PC Connection, said they expected to drive growth through advanced technology solutions such as storage, networking and data centers. Some, like CDW, said they plan to return to a 50-50 balance. Others, such as PC Connection, said they hoped to achieve their goal of 50 percent of the product mix coming from advanced solutions. The benefit from choosing those technologies, PC Connection CFO Joe Driscoll said, is that they deliver higher margins.
