A.T. Cross had started considering several different options to replace its legacy phone system. The company considered both a new, premise-based phone system, as well as hosted voice options. Because A.T. Cross has international locations and wanted the ability to do three-digit dialing, ACE laid out several hosted solutions that it felt made sense for the company.
