Was there a learning curve associated with the new voice solution for A.T. Cross users?
While the hosted voice system came with bells and whistles that the previous PBX system didn't have, A.T. Cross overcame the learning curve with the help of ACE and Thinking Phones. ACE sat down with A.T. Cross to learn how the company was operating internally -- how incoming calls came into queues, and how specific calls could reach the right manager.
"We probably had a good half dozen conversations coordinated with Thinking Phones going over call flows," Gregoire said. "So the learning was more than just understanding the right buttons to press. There was a learning curve on the new technology itself and the features that would be available to [A.T. Cross users] moving forward."
