Everyone's Light Is Different

According to Dawson, women bring a unique gift to the world, a "light" that they can show through their value in the workplace.

Dawson stressed that women should "embrace" their unique special talents and strengths.

"You need to shine your light as bright as you can," she said. "I thought that all women have to be the same to succeed, but it's about appreciating the difference in other people and helping them shine that light."
