Use Your Light For Good, Not Evil

Women should use their "light" to further enable other women in the workplace, said Dawson, as opposed to being part of the challenge for women in technology.

"This is not just about shining your light on others, but how you do it," said Dawson. "There's lots of women who I see who know their light and shine their light, but they do it in a negative way. Let's say they are a leader, if you hear women criticizing other women… you should make sure to check yourself."
