You Mean There’s A Problem?

Almost all respondents -- 98 percent -- said they see value in gaining insight into UC usage by remote workers, but 75 percent said their current UC technology lacks the analytic or diagnostic capabilities that would help make remote workers' experiences better. When UC fails and employees turn to unsupported communications tools, 77 percent of respondents noted having data security concerns and 55 percent worry about maintaining compliance with regulations. Especially concerning is that nearly 80 percent of IT respondents said they depend on users to alert them to UC quality-of-service issues that must be addressed, meaning IT never finds out about many of these problems.
