Dell said more than half of respondents, 55 percent, spend time troubleshooting quality-of-experience problems every week. Twenty percent reported troubleshooting daily, and even hourly.
Partner Opportunity: This just isn't a good use of an IT department's time. As a partner, why not offer UC troubleshooting as a service?
